______ has made quite the dramatic turn-around.  Across all subjects, he has improved, and as of his last report card, he had no grade lower than a "B" and quite a few A's.  In fact, he was on Second Honors this last quarter. Can you believe it?? His teacher has noticed and commented quite frequently about the change and how pleased she is.  And most of all, he is pretty happy with himself.  I asked him a couple of weeks ago what he thought might have helped him do so much better. He said "I think it was right after I saw Dr. Moleski."  He has tons more confidence and is working very independently.  I can't thank you enough. Your report/work with him gave me peace of mind, as well as something to try to understand him better.
